Validation/Qualification Services
Priorclave operate a UKAS accredited calibration laboratory, and issues UKAS accredited certificates for all calibration, thermal mapping, and performance qualification work. You can rest assured that this will pass all audits with flying colours.
Calibration includes temperature monitoring and all adjustments or other action required to correct errors in the calibration of your autoclave.
UKAS Performance Qualification is an accurate method of assessing and maximising the productivity of your autoclave cycles for your individual load types. Priorclave can offer up to 32-point temperature mapping to suit your requirements. In addition to ensuring adequate load processing, proper performance qualification can also allow for the safe reduction of cycle times, and will fulfill any obligations you may have under UK Health and Safety regulations.
